The VOW database contains member record for all site users including prospective clients who have entered information on the site’s forms.  The records show their contact information as well as their activity on the site. You can easily add to the database any prospects or clients that are in other systems.  The members can be sub-categorized into groups that you define such as “prospect buyers” or “prospect sellers”. And because the VOW is online you always have access to it from home, the office or on the road.
